I’m Dr. Jyoti Mistry, and I specialize in helping women move through perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and support.
​
Like many of the women I work with, I considered myself healthy for most of my life. But as I entered my 40s, I began noticing subtle yet persistent changes—low energy, disrupted sleep, body aches, changes in my skin, and a sense that my body was no longer responding the way it once did. I knew aging was natural, and I wasn’t interested in fighting it—but I was committed to supporting my body through this transition in a way that felt intentional, informed, and empowering.

My training as a Naturopathic Doctor gave me the tools to do exactly that.
​
I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because it recognizes what conventional conversations often miss—that hormones don’t exist in isolation. Nutrition, stress, sleep, mindset, lifestyle, and environment all play a role in how we experience perimenopause and menopause. Rather than masking symptoms, I believe in identifying and addressing the root causes driving them.

What truly solidified my passion for this work is naturopathic medicine’s whole-person approach. Women are complex, dynamic, and ever-evolving. Sometimes it takes a deeper, more thoughtful look to understand what the body is asking for—and how best to support it.

In my practice, I’ve helped many women make sense of their symptoms, understand their changing bodies, and regain a sense of control over their health. They experience more stable energy, better sleep, improved resilience, and a renewed confidence in how they feel day to day.
